Installation

Do not unzip the addon's zip file!

AnimToolbox currently uses the legacy add-on format (instead of the new extensions format).

Installation Steps

Since Blender 4.2 it's possible to drag and drop the zip file into Blender, then to press OK to confirm installation.

Older Version:

  • In Blender Click Edit > Preferences.
  • If an older version is already installed, make sure to uninstall the older version before installing the new one.
  • In the Add-ons tab, click the down arrow button at the top right corner > Install from Disk.
  • Select the addon zip file and click Install.

UI

The addon's UI is available in Blender's sidebar panel (Hotkey N in the viewport), by default in the Animation tab, inside Animtoolbox panel.
The addon is divided into 3 categories of Temp Controls, Anim Tools and Display Tools.

Animtoolbox UI is also available from the 3D viewport header

as well as a quick menu for some of the common functions.
