Relative Cursor / Temp Pivot

When using Relative Cursor, the pivot point is using the 3d Cursor automatically. When moving a selected bone or object, the 3D cursor will move together with the bone/object as if it was it's own actual pivot.

The 3D cursor will move when changing the transform or when moving along the timeline.

Each selection will store its own relative distance to the cursor. So when switching bone selection the temporary pivot will be restored.

When selecting multiple objects, Relative cursor will use the relative distance from the center of all the selected objects or bones.
